This week, you will practice essential kitchen skills and learn the fundamentals of cooking. You will follow recipes, learn how to properly handle food, discover what ingredients work well together, create a recipe book, learn knife skills, measure ingredients for baking, and more. Participants must be 10 years to 13 years old when the program starts.
